Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase and Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between Exquisite Beauty Limited (we, us, our or Exquisite Beauty Ltd) and you.

At the time of your purchase you must provide complete and accurate details. To ensure the accuracy of your order, we may request additional details from you.
To ensure you receive your purchase, you must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered, Exquisite Beauty Ltd is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

Vouchers are issued by email to the address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address vouchers.
Exquisite Beauty ltd is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a voucher via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser. Exquisite Beauty Ltd is not responsible for vouchers lost, stolen, destroyed or used without purchaser's permission. Risk of loss passes to voucher purchaser upon electronic transmission of the voucher to the designated recipient.
Each voucher has specific terms associated with the voucher, which will be presented to you before you commit to purchase the particular voucher.
Details are as specified;
Vouchers are for one use only and subject to availability, vouchers cannot be used with other discount vouchers or offers.
Vouchers are non-refundable either fully or in part for cash of any amount.
The voucher's expiry date is shown on the front of the voucher. The voucher is valid up to and including the expiry date.
It is recommended you make a booking in advance of your intention to use or redeem your voucher and quote the unique voucher number at the time of making the initial booking.
Vouchers may be exchanged may be exchanged for another item/s or services to the same value. Higher value items or services may be substituted with payment of the difference.
To use the voucher, the voucher holder should provide the original physical voucher card, where purchased online PDF of the voucher including the voucher's unique serial number.

All prices quoted on the Website (www.exquisitebeauty.co.nz) are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. The store is also accompanied with an integrated Currency Convertor for Australian customers, where it is your responsibility to convert the products to Australian Dollars (AUD) prior to checkout. Which ever currency you choose, this will be the currency you will be charged in via your bank, please note that currencies can change therefore the amount charged in your bank may vary.
Exquisite Beauty Ltd reserves the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website (www.exquisitebeauty.co.nz) from time to time and without notice to you.

All images on our Website (www.exquisitebeauty.co.nz) are displayed as accurately as possible. Please be aware that the colours may alter per device and is out of our control.

Exquisite Beauty Ltd accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and payment Express. The Payment Gateway is Payment Express. You do not require a Payment Express account to purchase products on the Website (www.exquisitebeauty.co.nz). There is a box to click where you can choose to make payment without logging in to Payment Express.
After you make payment for your order, you will receive an invoice from us that confirms receipt of your order.
Payment terms on all goods and services purchases; full payment to be made at the time of online purchase or service received. In the case you had been over or undercharged, we will make contact with you as soon as possible to correct this issue with you.
We reserve the right to charge 10% interest pa on all outstanding monies owing to Exquisite Beauty Ltd, where payment was not received and where you have already received the goods or services exceeding 3 months in duration your overdue account will be passed onto debt collectors for recovery.

Protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
We use an (SSL) encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details. This means you have absolute security and privacy. An SSL is a method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website servers. When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than our gateway company Payment Express.
Exquisite Beauty Ltd do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.

By agreeing to these Purchase and Shipping terms outlined herein, you consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to Exquisite Beauty Ltd, including information relating to products, brands, stories, resources, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. You may at any time, unsubscribe from receiving electronic messages from us. All online digital gift voucher orders and bookings are processed and delivered instantly following payment being processed, these are available for purchase 24/7 7 days per week.
All physical product orders will be processed business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude public holidays in New Zealand. During peak seasons and over public holidays when ordering please allow 7-10 working days to account for any courier’s unexpected delays and high volumes received.
You will be provided a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
In the highly unlikely event that your purchase is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate your order. (Non-shipped queries must be lodged with us within 24 hours). If you have provided an incorrect delivery address we are willing to arrange your order to be re-delivered at your expense. We are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. As our customer, it is your responsibility to coordinate an appropriate delivery date and time.
If you select the incorrect delivery charge when using our checkout to avoid delay with your order we reserve the right to charge your account the additional amount without confirmation.

Within New Zealand:

Shipping will be dispatched via Fastway Couriers.
Orders that are placed on a business day before 1pm (New Zealand time) are usually shipped that same day. Delivery times are unfortunately not able to be guaranteed, however you should receive your order within 1 – 3 business days.
Fastway Couriers does not delivery to Po Box addresses. Please provide a residential or business address for delivery.

Currently we are only shipping to Australia.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please email us your full name and order number to [email protected] and we will investigate the matter.
Please note: Delivery cost does not include rural areas, metro only and an extra charge and extended time frame is to be allowed for rural delivery.

Exquisite Beauty Ltd may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
If you choose to cancel your order we offer a full refund back to your credit card less a $10.00 administration fee. We are unable to offer a refund of an order on the day of dispatch as your order will have been processed and sent. (This applies to all orders, whether placed on the website or otherwise.)

Should a Product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the product name and flavour, colour if applicable of the Product you have ordered, and we will make investigate the matter.

Returns to Exquisite Beauty Ltd by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy.

The laws of New Zealand and Australia govern these Purchase and Shipping Terms.

Returns & Exchange

Items can be returned within 14 days of successful delivery for an exchange or store credit (if damaged or faulty) – to the same value as at purchase. This does not include sale items.
Items do not have to be returned within 14 days of purchase; however the return process must be initiated within 14 days of successful delivery.
Items must be received in their original condition – unused and in resalable condition within 30 days of your original purchase date and be accompanied with a reason for your return. It is important that they are still in saleable condition to enable an exchange or store credit. Opened or used items will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons cosmetics cannot be returned.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Returns will automatically be issued a Store Credit unless you have requested an exchange or have been approved for a refund.
Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue via gift card.

Exquisite Beauty Ltd is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item/s where the product is unopened and not been used it may be exchanged for another item/s to the same value. Higher value gifts may be substituted with payment of the difference.
To receive an exchange you must email us with the product name (including colour or flavour if applicable) and the size that you wish to exchange your returned item for.
We however cannot guarantee that we will have the requested product in stock for your exchange.
Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued a Store Credit. You will be advised if this is the case.

We process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your items and return form.
Upon processing your return, you will receive an email with the confirmed return store credit/exchange.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product please urgently email [email protected] All faulty items are eligible to receive a refund, however please note funds can take up to 3 working days to enter your bank account once the refund has been processed. We require a photo of the item/s and explanation to be emailed to [email protected] for management review.

Due to certain fragile items to protect your product during transit we use minimal bubble wrap, and are looking at ways to improve this in care of the environment, where possible we aim to reduce our impact.
For all gift vouchers you can show us these digitally to help reduce your impact also.

Visit us in Store or Email [email protected] to advise us of the return. Please include your full name, your order number and the product/s name, accompanied with the reason for return and if you would like it exchanged or a store credit.
Return the item to our store via post Shop 28, 44 Horsham Down Road Rototuna Shopping Centre Hamilton or visit us in store, all goods must be received within 30 days of your original purchase date.
If you choose to courier these items you will be required to pay for the return shipping of the items being returned to us and will be responsible for the items until successfully delivered to us.

Booking and Cancelation Policy

We ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice for all booking cancellations. We reserve the right to request a 50% non-refundable deposit that will be held to secure your booking.

Complaints and Service Quality

We want you to be thrilled with your experience and we are here to help you look and feel your absolute best. In the case that you are unhappy with the services you had received; you must contact Exquisite Beauty Ltd immediately via email or phone, where we can work with you to correct this issue. Where requested may require a photo of the area that was serviced and or in store review of the issue and explanation for management review to find the best appropriate solution for you.
